Shipping policy
LOST MAIL: I am NOT responsible for lost mail (I’m sorry to hear that your mail got lost though), but if you do have questions or concerns about your order, you can contact me. Please read my policy before contacting me though, because you may be able to find the answer here.
DUTY AND CUSTOMS: I am NOT responsible for any duty, customs, taxes, import fees or charges; these are all the buyer's responsibility (for international shipping).
ORDERS: I run this business all by myself so it might take a hot minute for your package to get to you. Please give me a week to get your orders shipped out. However, there are exceptions like during holiday seasons, bulk orders, unforeseen circumstances, where your orders may take a bit longer to ship out. In those cases, I’ll try to keep everyone posted through social media but if you have questions or concerns you can contact me.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: First of all, thank you for wanting a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork from me! There are prints (copies) of my original artwork, but nothing beats having the original, am I right? You can see the colors and feel the texture as it is meant to be! But since it is a precious, one-of-a-kind piece, please give me a bit more time to package it and ensure that it won’t get damaged en route. It takes a bit more time and money but it’s all just to make sure your order gets to you safely (unfortunately, if it is damaged or lost in the mail there would be no way possible to replace it so extra precautions are taken to make sure these things don’t happen).
